Being Honest in LinkedIn not profitable
After my honest post about job reality They said “don’t write like that, it scares recruiters off” I wanna be real!
My posts are my “boat” Built from tons of small pieces if I cut out chunks ✧ Like real struggles ✧ True pains ✧ Work red flags
✧ Process crap The whole boat will never go to sea That’s not ME in those posts anymore
I think that’s why LinkedIn is full of super people Everyone writes on safe and sterile topics
HELL, I don’t want to play like that Wrote posts thinking “will I look perfect for everyone?”
Now I don’t give a damn But keeping myself was bigger
And best part ♡ my honest 3 posts gained 25k views each, ~500 followers total, and 50 DMs from strangers saying thanks for cool posts. It fires me up
Thank you
Saying it again, don’t fear being you I bet it’s the rarest skill now ❖ With all the filtered pics ❖ AI videos ❖ GPT guides
❖ And “How to become rich and famous” bullshit
What’s the realest thing you posted That scared you but felt right?
Drop it below, I read every single one 👇

P.S. Wrote this with my own messy brain, no AI. Promise

Be you, be real , be intentional .
I hate LinkedIn. I refuse to be on it in order to find a job. Maybe that’s stupid, but it’s worth my sanity to opt out.
